Shipping Policy
This policy applies to products purchased and paid for directly through The Face Workshop® online store.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. If different rates or restrictions apply to particular areas, these will be clearly displayed before you place your order.
Delivery charges and times
Our current delivery options are:

Standard delivery- 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday) from order placement
The delivery methods and total charges available for your address will be confirmed before you place your order.
Processing your order
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working days. Orders placed after 4pm, or on weekends or bank holidays, will normally begin processing on the next working day.
If an item is unavailable or there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.
Tracking and delivery
When your order is dispatched, we will send a confirmation email with tracking details where tracking is available. Please check that your delivery address is correct before placing your order and contact us promptly if you notice a mistake. We cannot deliver to a different address to the one thats on the order.
If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please email hello@thefaceworkshop.co.uk with your order number.
Missing, damaged or incorrect items
Please contact us as soon as you reasonably can if an item is missing, damaged or incorrect. Photographs of the parcel, packaging and product will help us investigate and resolve the issue.
AlumierMD purchases
Some products displayed on our website link to AlumierMD for purchase. If you complete and pay for your order on the AlumierMD website, AlumierMD is responsible for shipping, delivery enquiries and its own shipping charges and policy. This policy applies only to orders placed directly with The Face Workshop.
